On a blustery January day in 2010, COTS’ Canal Street Veterans Housing officially opened. On Sept. 22-23, 2012, Marty Martinez, a members of the COTS Veterans Advisory Council, launched their first Stand Down event for homeless veterans in Vermont at the Winooski High School.
