Annual fundraiser for COTS, Comic Relief— a Benefit for COTS will be happening on February 7th at ArtsRiot on Pine Street. This will be the fourth installment of the show, which was established by Vermont comedian Kathleen Kanz. Kanz was inspired by the national fundraiser in 1986 by the same name.
